Talent vs Skill

I've been frustrated lately, working on several different pieces and feeling like they're not turning out well at all.  I have three digital visual works, three pencil sketch works, and two written works that I have simply walked away from this past month or so.  I see some of the beautiful pieces that other people make, and I want to make that as well.  I can see how I want them to look in my head, and I can sketch them well enough, but the digital step isn't coming as easily.  I am contemplating my options.  I could simply stop again; I hadn't done anything creative from 2006 to 2010 so maybe I can live without the creative flow.  I could j
